Well at least as far as I'm concerned anyway. I've just started Hapkido, but I've been in Tae Kwon Do for years and the way that I've found that I learn what the technique in Hapkido is supposed to do is to be on the receiving end. Don't get me wrong. I don't want to be tied in to a pretzel, but I want to feel what the technique is supposed to do. I think that I better understand the mechanics of it that way. But you know it sure is fun to watch your seniors get tossed around or beat up once in a while too. : ) Ken Legendre 3rd Dan TKD 8th gup HKD innae@netexpress.net -- Kenneth W.
