I've recently developed a tightness along the back of the right leg. e.g. when going into a front stance there is a very sharp sensation in the rear/bottom of the right heel. Not in the portion of the Achilles to the rear of the ankle, but farther down in the heel. It feels like a knife is being stabbed into this area of the heel. The pain isn't really all that bad, just rather uncomfortable. I don't recall an injury or feeling like I pulled a hamstring during a recent workout. Strange... ?? Its still in the beta stages but I thought I'd give the dojang digest a peek - If you have any constructive criticism (or not so constructive) I would appreciate it. Some of the graphics will be changed - i.e. graphic header for the pages instead of just html. The video clips need to be optimized as well. Brian Beach PS I'm the Brian getting tossed around in one of the clips - one of the perks of being the guy who puts together the site, picking the clips :) --__--__-- Message: 6 From: Ray Terry To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net (The_Dojang) Date: Sun, 3 Feb 2002 16:33:18 -0800 (PST) Subject: [The_Dojang] Celebration Reply-To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net Two Koreas Agree to Hold Celebration February 3, 2002 South and North Korea have agreed to hold a joint event to commemorate Lunar New Year's Day from Feb. 19-21, South Korean organizers said Saturday (Feb. 2). "Both sides reached the agreement at a recent meeting in Pyongyang," said the South's organizing committee, adding that five of its delegates, who arrived in Beijing after a trip to Pyongyang, notified it of the agreement. The five delegates entered Pyongyang on Jan. 29 and met with their North Korean counterparts to discuss the event marking Lunar New Year's Day, which falls on Feb. 12. The non-governmental event will be held on Mt. Kumgang. --__--__-- Message: 7 From: "Andrew Pratt" To: , "dojang" , "Rupert" , "Roy Collingwood" , "Robert Lee" , "PAU" , "Colin" , "Chris Reid" , "Dane" Date: Mon, 4 Feb 2002 09:54:38 +0900 Subject: [The_Dojang] Crazy laws Reply-To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net I have no idea if any of these are true but some of the following are really curious...
