I've just decided to make a big effort to get fit as I left school this year and will be going away for 8 months after christmas. I've just about got a fitness regime sorted but need to look at my diet; has anyone got any general tips for things to look at? Any tips on the fitness side of things would be helpful as well, and, if they're related to TKD as well, that would be even better! Thanks in advance (hopefully!!) Wendy.Get more from the Web. Eat more fiber and less saturated fat/junk. Remember to have a large breakfast that is where the brain power comes from. I personally stay away from unnatural things, supplements, vitamins, etc., because I have a healthy diet getting the necessary nutrients from my food. The most important thing I can tell you about fitness is to ALWAYS stretch before and after each workout where it's tkd or weigth lifting.
