Is there a wrong way or right way to exercise to lose body fat? I would like to be totally fit. What is the best way to improve my stamina? I need to be able to spar with my classmates for at least 5 minutes without being winded. I am told to breathe but I find that a little difficult. The masters usually have us to spar for 3 minutes per session. I am 34, does this make a difference? Your meats have all kinds of antibiotics and veggies all kinds of pesticides and not nearly the "true" amounts of vitamins that they should have. That is why supplements are almost always required except for expensive organic foods. The way you cook it also makes a difference as you can "cook the good stuff out." Maybe a few members remember me, my name is Jon Payne. I'm a Detention Center Deputy Sheriff with an East Texas Sheriff's Office. I've been on the list since 1998 when I was an USAF Security Policeman in Minot North Dakota. I left the service in 2000 and joined the reserves. I was activated in support of Operation Noble Eagle/Enduring Freedom and I'm still on active duty. I'm a 1st Dan Kukki-Taekwondo under GM Choi John Jung and attained the rank of Red Jr./4th Gup Tukong Moosul in the World Tukong Moosul Federation under GM Yi Won Ik. I've played with Kajukembo in Abilene TX under Sifu James Cox and Combat Hapkido in Minot North Dakota under Sabum Nim David Rivas. I'm currently studying the mountain bike technique in San Antonio TX and becoming well versed in the art of falling/bruising:^). I'm working the evening shift from 12:30-2130 and most MA schools are closed during my off-duty hours. If anyone on the list is in my local area feel free to contact me. I enjoy reading posts from Master West, Master Ray, and even though he doesn't like the title, "Master" Alain Burrese. I've actually had the opportunity to use some of the techniques I've learned in the scope of my proffesional duties and from my limited experiance Hapkido is the ticket. Hope I get the chance to learn allot more of it. Hope everyone is doing well and peace to all in these troubling times. Best Wishes, Jonathan David Payne (Jon David) _________________________________________________________________ Choose an Internet access plan right for you -- try MSN! http://resourcecenter.msn.com/access/plans/default.asp --__--__-- Message: 4 Date: Sun, 20 Oct 2002 20:24:29 -0400 From: Brian Beach To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net Subject: [The_Dojang] KHA Reply-To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net > fwiw, the former KHA has changed its name to Korea New Martial Arts > Hapkido Federation, or the Daehan Sin Moo Hapkido Hyup Hae.
