IMHO,,, nutritionist=== someone who has read a few books and can't really understand who or what I am. I'd rather consult a shaman or vodoo priest at least they'll probably have some chicken laying around.. Okinawins eat an overabundance of fish=== guess what guys, fish is one of the purest sources of protein around,,, if you eat a ton of fish then you are eating a high protein diet!!!! This is the best I've felt in 20 years and know one can convince me otherwise that I am hurting myself,, I know better and so does my doctor who told me to keep doing EXACTLY what I am. This isn't for everyone by the way,, my sister is diabetic and her doctor told her not to eat a high protein plan,, my brother in law is fine but very chubby and the SAME doctor suggested that he START eating a high protein low carb plan,, sounds like a smart doctor to me!! Michael Tomlinson (back from my run and grilling steaks an cutting up some salad!!} _________________________________________________________________ The new MSN 8: smart spam protection and 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail --__--__-- Message: 4 From: "Robert Martin" To: Date: Sun, 24 Nov 2002 15:16:30 -0700 Subject: [The_Dojang] Re: Sereff and the USTF Reply-To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net Grand Master Sereff has never, to my knowledge, made a public statement regarding his reason for leaving the ITF. Visit www.ustf-itf.com to view his letter to the USTF membership. You'll have to look a bit. I believe it to be very difficult for any American to support the role of an unfriendly (frankly - enemy) country at the top level of a federation that I belong to. It is also my opinion that GM Sereff is very unhappy with the inability of the ITF seniors/administrators to manage the federation. It appears that Master Choi Jung Hwa (Gen. Choi's son) has not been hampered at all in his "take over" bid. It appears that the other Korean GMs (Rhee, Park, and Hwang) all support the North Korean president "appointed" by General Choi disregarding their own "legal" positions of last winter. The whole thing has become a bigger joke then ever before. Robert Martin 4th Dan USTF > The only explanation I've heard of from the USTF camp is that he was > unhappy about having a North Korean run the ITF, for patriotic > reasons. Mr. Martin, any comments on this? --__--__-- Message: 5 Date: Sun, 24 Nov 2002 17:21:16 -0500 From: "Rudy Timmerman" To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net Subject: [The_Dojang] Virus Reply-To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net > the > worm is self-replicating and uses anything that remotely resembles a > legitimate email to mail itself to all of the addresses in your address This seems not to be an isolated case. Some people also received mail that looks like it was sent by NKMAA (which I did not send) show up on their computers. I have told all my members that I NEVER send attachements unless I advise the recipient first. I also never open attachements. Apparently this virus uses legitimate addresses to lure unsuspecting people into opening mail that they believe comes from a legit source. Be alert! The trick is to keep your antivirus software up-to-date. I probably receive several a day yet I have never ever been infected by any virus (knock on wood). Why? I don't open attachments and my virus s/w is -always- up to date. In many cases the addrs used (as the from addr) will be close, but not entirely correct. That is another way to fairly easily tell if a particular email is bogus or not. And remember that any virus that is attempted to be sent thru the list is automatically stripped off and out. So until someone finds a way to send a virus via plain text, you're safe in reading email sent from this list.
