Like Terry said, the after reading the first part of that, you should figure out the rest of it is crap as well. However, if you enjoy comedy, then by all means keep reading. :) __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Mail Plus - Powerful. Affordable. I mean its one thing to make ridiculous claims to a prospective student, or some Joe Blow on the street ("Yes, I was Bruce Lee's teacher, and am currently the full-contact champion of Southeast Asia"). Its quite another thing to claim to be the successor to a well-known and respected martial artist through a national publication. I mean did he not realize that the man would eventually see or hear about the article? At the very least he had to know that Ji's longtime friends and students would see this and see it for the "baloney" that it was. Hello!?!?!?! And another thing. What's up with him making a big deal about being able to "croddy chop" the necks off of beer bottles? Are there actually people out there who are still impressed by that type of stuff? I guess it's a good way to scare off drunken bullies like Pat Morita did in the 'Karate Kid'. The question remains is why TKDTimes would print something with out first investigating further into the claims or is this a total misunderstanding of the reader of the article (ie We read more into it than needed be). Ray, Did you mean you were going to be in the Midwest or out west in the middle somewhere? If you are in the Chicago area let me know, I would love to hook up. To rest of the list, Have a very merry Christmas. May many blessing be bestowed upon you and your family and your schools. __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! If this is the case, why did he make those statements? If he didn't and TKDT made those remarks quoting him, that would be fraudalent and why wouldn't he make them accountable. At what height would a user switch lengths? I have taught a few, by happenstance, but never on an arranged basis with the military/police/FBI, etc. They were always quiet about stuff, at least until after you know them a while and "sea stories" start over libations. But never braggards, and I find it pretty unlikely that they would really advertise, ESPECIALLY if they had to pay for the ad.
