Picked up a lot of tough trucker talk on my Cobra CB, e.g., "We got a county mounty with a Polaroid takin pictures..." "Are you a radio rambo ?" Anyway, has anyone here used da Ringside free-standin heavy bag ? I have used their cobra bag, but not their heavy bag. Danks. Ken "Road Warrior" McD... I think I am gonna try some boxing again. I like the smell of those gyms and the pictures of Rocky on the wall. --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? The New Yahoo! Reply-To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net For those of you attending Master West's Seminar in Houston on October 25th. I have negotiated discounted rates with Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn in Seabrook on Nasa Rd. The Hampton is with in walking distance of Master Hodder's Dojang. Just mention the that you want the "USMAKF Hapkido Seminar" rate. I'd suggest quoting the amount if they give you something different. Holiday Inn Express, Seabrook USKMAF Rate $79.99 per night (normally $99.00) 2720 NASA Rd. 1 SEABROOK, TX 77586 Toll-Free: 8007360092 Tel: 1-281-3267200 Email: hiexnasa@wt.net HAMPTON INN USKMAF Rate $72.00 (Normally 89.00 to 99.00) 3000 NASA ROAD ONE SEABROOK, TX 77586 United States Regards, Jason E. FWIW. <> Bruce, A few posts back in the archives you and others asked me what is Moja Kwan and why would I want to start my own style. I think you just answered your question and for me too. I studied Korean Karate at a pretty assorted range of places for almost two decades. Now I have started my own school and I try to live up to the technical standards of Funakoshi Sensei and Lee, Won Kyuk Sabomnim, and the spiritual/moral standards of Funakoshi Sensei and Hwang Kee Sabomnim. Thanks for clearing that up :-) Yours in jung do, Charles Richards www.mojakwan.com __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? The New Yahoo!
