Reply-To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net Mr. Stovall noted: "I've also seen a lot of couples, and families get involved because they wanted a quality activity that they could participate in together." This was my reason for starting, but it didn't work out. However, I lost weight, improved physical conditioning, significantly reduced my stress level and was developing a life skill should the need arise. My initial one-month commitment was long enough to convince me of the benefits of continuing so I did. There's an Al Queda intel briefing in Sacramento, California on Wed 28 Jan 7-10 PM, put on by some ex-Special Forces guys from InsightsTraining.com, a tactical shooting school in Washington State. They have a video captured in Afghanistan showing how Al Queda trains, including how to attack US police officers. They play the video, then stop and critique what the AQ operatives are doing right, and wrong, then play some more, etc. -------------------------------------------------- InSights Training Center Al Qaeda Seminar AL QAEDA: TRAINING AND TACTICS OF INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM A review and analysis of advanced Al Qaeda terrorist training and tactical methodology. Comments from John: I have gained access to about 40 minutes of digital clips from the Al Qaeda training video that I previously reviewed. These clips have been made available to me for the purpose of analysis and training guidance, with the condition that I not distribute or copy them in any form or fashion. Accordingly, I have produced a 3-hour training seminar that will give you the opportunity to view and discuss these tapes.
