This might be posted previously but searching and reading the archives will take some time. Anyway, what is the best stepping to perform these patterns? Do-San, Yul-Gok, and Joong-Gun - by doing C-steps, Sine Wave, Straight stepping or others? Also, what are the best intervals for each step - seconds? And how long? Her instructors somehow missed or omitted these techniques when they teached their students (not to discredit them). However, if these ITF patterns should be done with proper techniques or with respect -- why would they not teach them properly? Any info will help a lot. Thank you. --__--__-- Message: 2 From: relief Date: Fri, 04 Jun 2004 13:21:42 -0800 Subject: [The_Dojang] We Eliminate Bank Credit Card Debt We do not make loans Reply-To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net [IMAGE] [IMAGE] [IMAGE] [IMAGE] [IMAGE] --__--__-- Message: 3 From: "Dave Piepkorn" To: Date: Fri, 4 Jun 2004 15:20:39 -0500 Subject: [The_Dojang] where to train in seoul Reply-To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net Try Seoul National University. I understand there is a very good TKD organization there that welcomes serious practitioners. >>"I was interested in training in Seoul. Does anyone know of any places in > train in Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido or any of the other Korean Arts ? Does it have to be Seoul? And what is your purpose? Do you want to stay in Korea for a longer period of time or do you 'just' want to practice here while on holiday? Are you stationed in Korea? -- mvg.
