After I initiated the first phase of this program, my legs were too sore to WANT to see what is in the fridge, and my arms were too #%@!! sore too eat it anyway. Respectfully, George who thinks Craig did this on purpose. lol --__--__-- Message: 2 From: "Dugy" To: Date: Sat, 29 Jan 2005 12:00:01 -0500 Subject: [The_Dojang] Old timers Workouts (@ 57) Reply-To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net Hello All, Regarding: 1. Mr Stovall's workout program (George Peters) I haven't seen it but I may be interested, but not if it's anything like you describe! I've tried Ray Terrys suggesions in that long email he sent the digest. me. They seem to work ok for me. I just earned my 1st belt last night (Orange). I froze during the competition, (first time in front of so many people I suppose). I should have done it by the #s but that escaped me too. I froze at # 10 but it came back to me and I finished up. The exercises Ray Terry gave me are a a good workout. Thanks RAY!
