The following are updates for on-site registration, parking, uniform requirements, and city information. COMPETITOR LIST: The list for competitors, coaches, and referees has been posted to our website at http://www.usa-taekwondo.us/. If there are any errors on the list, please contact us at 719-866-4632 or fax changes to 719-866-4642 through June 16, 2005. In addition, we have posted a list of competitors that have completed the registration process. These athletes may proceed to the EXPRESS registration desk at the Alamodome for check-in. If your name is not on this list, you have missing documents. These athletes may proceed to the TROUBLESHOOTING registration desk at the Alamodome. At this time, we are not accepting missing documents due to the fact that the registration materials have departed to San Antonio for the tournament. You will need to bring all missing documents with you to on-site registration. REGISTRATION: Site: Alamodome (June 19-25, 2005) Please note that the original schedule had the registration at the Sheraton Gunter hotel. The "Association of States" Meeting will still remain at the Sheraton Gunter hotel from 7-9pm on June 20, 2005. However, registration, weigh-ins, and the coaching orientation will be at the Alamodome due to sufficient "FREE" parking. When going to register at the Alamodome, please park in the South Parking lot and enter through the Loading Dock tunnel. All participants picking up credentials will need to provide Photo ID. Once you have received your credential, you will be allowed into the venue to watch the competition. Those needing to purchase tickets will need to do so at the North Venue Entrance on competition days. Admission and attraction tickets (Sea World, Schlitterbahn, Wax Museum, etc.) will be on sale at registration on June 19 & 20 and at the North Entrance on all competition days. Upon receiving your credentials at registration, you must enter through the North Entrance. Simple regulations such as requiring background checks of instructors, sanitation standards in dojangs, etc would go a long way toward cleaning up a number of problems. Also making complaints that were filed against individual instructors similar to health care and teaching practice licenses. It would give us a way to identify the frauds and so forth that seem to stay just below radar and keep pulling the same stunts in different places. I'm not saying regulate the style we teach, just regulate the people who are allowed to teach based on their own actions.
