Undoubtedly. If he thinks there is a penny to be made he will get involved
in it. Here is the thing... he has a PhD but no dissertation that I am able
to find and he is an Lac but does not practice? When Julien Lims back was
hurt, he let Lee Sauk Kyu work on him but never offered to help him? That
makes me suspicious. Why would you NOT help someone that you call a friend?

Except I tried to get criminal action going and found that I could show
probably cause on a local level but enough for the feds. My case would have
had to be Federal so I think maybe Sid is right. We need to find something
we can do. Things like this hurt us all and all arts. Maybe we can get
specific statutes introduced?

Gentlemen:
 
 
          At the outset, the  kukkiwon does little to no policing whatsoever. 
I reported this matter to the  kukkiwon and they weren't willing to take any 
action. But there is really a very  good excuse. Hackworthless is not a member 
of the kukkiwon nor does he hold any  dan rank under kukkiwon. Jye, treating 
him as any other businessman would be a  wonderful thing except for one small 
matter. Martial arts are not covered by the  attorney general, consumer fraud 
agencies, Better Business Bureau or any state  department of education. I sued 
and won for misrepresentation and was lucky to  win. We are on a slippery 
slope. Inasmuch as we aren't policed, if things get  any worse than the walls 
will come in on us because legislators often overreact  to things like this.  On 
another note, wannabe's weight lose due to  stapling, real weight loss or 
whatever is of no concern to me. Its the poor  students I worry about.

Frank,

He is not registered in the state of Florida as a Lac.  I asked him where he
was certified or registered and he tried to dance around it. I doubt his
claims.
