WTF Secretariat (The_Dojang) --__--__-- Message: 1 Date: Mon, 22 Jan 2007 08:33:31 -0800 From: The_Dojang To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net Subject: [The_Dojang] WTF Secretariat Reply-To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net Request for Recommendation of Staff for WTF Secretariat January 22, 2007 Presidents, Continental Taekwondo Unions RE: Request for Recommendation of Staff for WTF Secretariat Dear Presidents of Continental Taekwondo Unions: I would like to express my appreciation to you for your continued dedication to the development of taekwondo and the WTF. To create a truly global sports federation, we need administrative reform within the WTF Secretariat. To do so, I will gradually diversify the staff composition at the WTF Secretariat. To this end, I seek the support of the Continental Taekwondo Unions. I hope that your Union will contact your member national associations to recommend at least two persons who are fluent in English and eager to work for the WTF Secretariat for at least one year. Those with taekwondo experience will be given a priority. The WTF Trainee Program will greatly help them gain administrative skills of the international sports federation. The WTF will cover their room and board and will consider a monthly stipend after reviewing their qualifications. After one year of successful work experience at the WTF, we can discuss extending their tenure here. I strongly believe that this WTF Trainee Program will result in better communication among Continental Taekwondo Unions, member national associations and the WTF. I hope that your Union will nominate highly qualified people as early as possible. Please email us (www.pr4wtf@unitel.co.kr) their English resumes and photos by no later than Feb. 20. For more information, please contact Mr. Seok-jae Kang, director of the WTF Public Relations Division at 82-11-773-0241 (cellular) or 822-557-5446 (ext. 222). Once again, I would like to thank you for your continued support for the WTF. Sincerely yours, Chungwon Choue President World Taekwondo Federation --__--__-- _______________________________________________ The_Dojang mailing list The_Dojang@martialartsresource.net http://martialartsresource.net/mailman/listinfo/the_dojang http://the-dojang.net Old digest issues @ ftp://ftp.martialartsresource.com/pub/the_dojang Copyright 1994-2007: Ray Terry and http://MartialArtsResource.com Standard disclaimers apply.
