Today's Topics: 1. flow of the Ki (PETER.MCDONALDSMITH@london-fire.gov.uk) --__--__-- Message: 1 Date: Mon, 5 Feb 2007 22:15:15 -0000 From: To: Subject: [The_Dojang] flow of the Ki Reply-To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net I have a question that is aimed our Hapkido friends. I was wondering if you could shed some light on a subject for me. From what I understand there is an internal aspect to Hapkido namely the Ki part. When I did a little aikido some years ago the instructor told me that I should point my fore finger when executing a throw because that helped to direct flow of the Ki. Now quite some time later I read something similar in the TKDT, regarding the same point (no pun intended) in Hapkido. Can anybody give me any pointers? (Ok, that was cheesy) All the best I have a question that is aimed our Hapkido friends. I was wondering if you could shed some light on a subject for me.
