I would recommend studying HKD over TKD in Korea as an adult personally. Any thoughts on the previous statement? Jye --------------------------------- We won't tell. There have been a bunch of events lateley, and I didn't know if you'd been coming. I'm pretty much done with it from a spectators perspective, they've kinda gotten out of hand, there is one like every 3 or 4 weeks, and using different sanctioning organizations, which allows for "creative fight records". The guys that do the MMA program in the same building I teach at are pissy about it as well, more so than me. That it is really the "superhormone". The superhormone is adrenaline. Learning to control the production of adrenaline is the key. Really though without delving too deeply suffice to say that it is quite exstensive but not the kind of exstensive that doesn't live in reality. It starts out with learning to activate your adrenal glands for instantaneous use...this is mainly done with a series of breathing exercises...now I am REALLY generalizing all of this and condensing it down to powdered milk but that is the beginning...Sin Moo Hapkido means "higher mind Hapkido" and that covers a lot....most of the stuff that people hear is the kind of strange esoteric stuff but it is not all of that...it is all based in pragmatic use of what you have inside of you....
