I just finished with Battle Cage 360 for the 3rd time, and by the way they now have a web site www.battlecage360.com We did very well, and as a bonus at this event Jorge Gurgel was the ref, and Sean "The Muscle Shark" Sherk was a special guest. They were both very nice and acted very professional. Then after the weigh ins on Friday and the fights on Saturday, Sean Sherk offered a seminar to fighters and trainers on Sunday. We started at 2 and finished at 5:15pm it was great to be able to roll with the UFC light wieght champ. Who fights at 155lbs but was 187lbs on Sunday. I will have pics on my web site soon www.mdkregionsix.com JC _________________________________________________________________ Exercise your brain! So, Sherk is really 187 but is able to cut weight to 155lbs for his fights? Makes sense, since he seems so friggin' big, I was wondering how the heck he could only weigh 155. When I used to compete in TKD, it was a bit of a struggle for me to stay under 155 once I turned 30, but weigh-ins for TKD tournaments are usually the morning of the tournament, so no drastic weight cutting for me.
