He will be buried near his home of birth in Brooklyn, New York. Grand Master Didia was a career commercial artist, a graduate of Cooper Union, and received many distinguised awards for his work while in New York. He was retired but the primary caregiver of his son, Mark, a disabled U.S. Navy Veteran. Grand Master Didia was a U.S. Army Veteran having served America in South Korea as a Combat Engineer Officer. He will be sorely missed by his peers and especially by me, Michael A.
