Subject: [The_Dojang] swords rapier/katana

I have sparred with dull steel rapier vs dull steel one hander   and  dull 
Rapier vs dull Bastard sword.  My opinion. is rapier has a  chance to kill 
without also dying.  However if Katana is willing to  die in order to kill, then 
they both die.  A good rapier man will be hard  to get inside on.
 
  You could probably spar all day and end up with different outcomes  every 
time.
