I do practice PNF stretching occasionally. It is an extension of the typical stretching routine we do in class with the addition of resistance reps. We typically practice PNF with partner stretching, but we don't spend enough time in class. I guess I need to find a stretching partner outside of class. Do a bit of research on the web or in the library on PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) it is as far as I know "THE" best way to increase flexibility. If your flexibility can be increased PNF will do it for you.
