My only Kukki-USTF concern is regarding the use of the USTF name. Good legal council should have caught that before it was ever an issue as I suspect the ITF-USTF may take action on that matter. Other than that, more power to 'em. One can't belong to too many MA orgs... :) Ray **************Create a Home Theater Like the Pros. Watch the video on AOL Home. Below are several key points that all participating coaches should be aware of: 1. The evening session of the Coaches' Edge Seminar on Friday, March 28th has been moved to a slightly later time. It is now scheduled from 8:30 – 10:00 p.m. This will give coaches who are traveling on that day a better chance to attend the seminar on Friday evening so that they may concentrate on the needs of their athletes on the following day. The morning session of the Coaches' Edge Seminar on Saturday, March 29th remains at 7:00 – 8:30 a.m. 2. Coaches who arrive early on Friday should report to the Coaches' Booth located at the Registration site before attending the Coaches' Edge Seminar in order to expedite the process of producing your coach credential for the event. The Coaches' Booth will be open from 2:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Coaches who have all of their requirements fulfilled before the start of the Friday evening session of the Coaches' Edge Seminar will be provided with their credential at the conclusion of the seminar, whereas the coaches who still have pending information will be able to pick up their credential the next morning when the Coaches' Booth re-opens at 8:30 a.m. 3. New coaches who have not taken any course of the Coach Identification and Development Program (CIDP) will be required to register for the Associate Coach course along with attending the 2008 Coaches' Edge Seminar. The Associate Coach (AC) course is delivered online and serves as the initial step of the CIDP certification process. The status of coaches who register for AC certification will be pending until the results from their AC quiz have been processed. Therefore, coaches who register for AC certification will be considered an Associate Coach at the York National Qualifier while their AC quiz is being evaluated. Their status as an Associate Coach will only be removed if they do not pass the AC quiz. Complete details about the AC course can be found at http://www.usa-taekwondo.us/624_1944.htm. --__--__-- _______________________________________________ The_Dojang mailing list The_Dojang@martialartsresource.net http://martialartsresource.net/mailman/listinfo/the_dojang Subscribe or Unsubscribe: http://the-dojang.net Old digest issues @ ftp://ftp.martialartsresource.com/pub/the_dojang Copyright 1994-2008: Ray Terry and http://MartialArtsResource.com Standard disclaimers apply.
