Ever think of switching to decaf? :) Just kidding guy. It is pretty entertaining to watch you get fired up about a topic. When I first got into the MA, and was a TKD practitioner and first saw the WTF TKD matches, I asked my instructor 'why doesnt that one guy punch the other guy in the face?' He replied, "I hope they were both just absent the days their instructor taught punching". Take care Master Dan. Try you tube for 'Oyama' or 'Kyokushin', it feels better. Choi and others to return to Korea from Japan and change his art to Taekwondo, which of course he wasn't interested in doing... But one wonders if the no punching to the face in the 1960s (and 50s?) TKD sparring was a concept taken directly from Oyama's Kyokushin Karate. ??? Ray Terry thedojang@sbcglobal.net On Apr 13, 2008, at 11:16 AM, Luther Veuleman wrote: > > Just kidding guy.
