I operate an independent school and as I will be his sponsor, I am ineligible to draft the letter myself. The purpose of the letter is only to establish Master Jung's credibility as an instructor of his respective style, and to verify this to the government for the purpose of visa acquisition. Anyone who is willing to help with this process, I will provide with a copy of his resume' and profile to assist in drafting the letter. If necessary, I would be more than happy to draft the letter myself, then submit it to anyone willing to review it then add their signature. Sounds like more of a reference letter, from anyone on the list who is familiar with Master Jung's qualifications. If I am wrong, feel free to correct me. I know that providing such a letter for someone that you DON'T know is Immigration fraud and a federal offense. The solicitation of such a letter is also considered Immigration fraud. Both cases have fines and jail time attached, and for non-citizens can result in deportation. As stated in the posting he is just looking for someone to sign a letter for the purpose of visa acquisition. He requires someone with HKD experience and association membership.(NOT) someone who knows this master. In fact he assumes you don't know this master as he is willing to send you the masters resume. All he is looking for is your credibility not your honesty. In the second sentence he states that he is Ineligible to draft the letter himself. Yet further on he says he will draft the letter and all you have to do is sign it. <<< I need to have a letter drafted by someone with HKD experience and association membership to assist in the immigration of Master Jung Tae Lik of the Kum Moo Kwon Hap Ki Do Federation. I operate an independent school and as I will be his sponsor, I am ineligible to draft the letter myself. People like this are the reason it took me 5 years to get my wife over here legally. All the while lawyers telling me that if I did it illegally I could get her here in no time. They suggested using tactics like this person is using to easily circumvent the immigration process. We did it legally you should have to too! I guess you can tell what side of that political debate I'm on :) Sorry for the rant, but a touchy subject for me I couldn't let it go.
