I hope one day to be able to share some excellent multi-dimensional KMA videos containing the usual, competition, tricks, forms, but also theory, training methods etc. I especially want to get some good clips of conditioning methods from KMA. So people can see the REAL DEAL about KMA.   Jye --- On Wed, 10/29/08, jeff kiral wrote: From: jeff kiral Subject: [The_Dojang] some exercises to spice up your routine To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net Date: Wednesday, October 29, 2008, 4:25 PM That was one of the best video posts you have ever put up, Jye. I was happy to see the sledge hammer included in the regime. This video made a huge impact on me, as I have been getting real bored with my strength and conditioning routine. Thanks, that was the tonic I needed!   -Jeff Message: 1 Date: Sun, 26 Oct 2008 18:54:38 -0700 (PDT) From: Jye nigma To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net Subject: [The_Dojang] Video clip: exercise ideas Reply-To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net Here are some exercises to spice up your routine:   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B9hk9z1YVcE   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z8U-fI1C5sM&feature=related _______________________________________________ The_Dojang mailing list, 2,400 members The_Dojang@martialartsresource.net Copyright 1994-2008: Ray Terry and Martial Arts Resource Standard disclaimers apply Subscribe or Unsubscribe: http://the-dojang.net --__--__-- Message: 2 From: Ray To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net Subject: Re: [The_Dojang] Fasting Date: Wed, 29 Oct 2008 20:31:00 -0700 Reply-To: the_dojang@martialartsresource.net I highly recommend that EVERYONE check with their physician prior to doing any fasting, esp before doing a "cleanse". There will not be a debate about the pros and cons of fasting or doing a cleanse. This list is about martial arts. Carefully research what you're thinking about doing to your body and don't base your decision on what you read on some bogus websites, Wikipedia, etc. However one place that you might be able to trust is http://www.webmd.com . On this particular topic see http://www.webmd.com/diet/fasting . Be safe and healthy out there... I've been with them for 2 yrs. and they have some pretty good prices. In fact, I used to be with another for several yrs, but in order for my school to be covered I had to pay a membership fee along with the policy fee. This on offers the same coverage minus the membership fee.   Check it out! Sincerely, Rafael Amill Choson Martial Arts Sierra Vista, AZ   Sally Mansour Terry L. Green & Associates, Inc. P.O.
